The hotel is very dated but is nice for a weekend getaway. It’s super close to Holiday World and has good amenities such as the pools and breakfast. We did have a small issue with ants in the room but overall the hotel stay was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa’s Lodge! The Santa-themed decor made the entire property feel fun and festive, and our family especially loved both pools—they were clean and a great place to relax after a day at Holiday World. One of our favorite surprises was the fishing, which was peaceful and a hit with the kids. The staff was friendly, and the lodge was very family-friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room was pretty clean, but the hallway carpet was definitely not. Breakfast buffet is very limited- no hot water or tea bags; had to ask. No peanut butter for toast. Only white bread for toast. Staff was very nice to get us some hot water and a tea bag. Staff was very nice overall.

We appreciated the convenience to holiday world after a long day but the pool area was not in very good shape and breakfast had minimal offerings. We would likely drive the few more miles to a more modern hotel next time.

Nice convenient spot. Hot water could be better and ac unit worked and was fine but would kick on and off before room reached desired temperature. Love the lobby decorations and indoor pool plus hot tub. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. I’ll stay again.

This was probably a fun, quirky place once, but it doesn’t look like there’s been much real upkeep in a while. The room was clean enough, but nothing exceptional. Breakfast was not very exciting either. There’s biscuits and gravy, but that’s not sausage gravy, just gravy. If you just want a place to stay, it’s perfectly adequate, but nothing special.

My son and I went for a quick trip to Holiday world and decided at the last minute to book a room. I booked through the app and somehow the date got changed for the next day. While trying to resolve with customer service I decided to just go in and speak with the staff. She was so kind and I explained what had happened and that CS was trying to call. I showed her the conversation and she was able to switch my accommodation to that night. The rooms were very nice but lacks a mini fridge.The decor for the lobby is amazing! It literally feels like you are in a cabin at Christmas time. Breakfast was good, although I wish they would have had oatmeal as a choice but nevertheless it was good. I highly recommend staying. It was worth it.
