Great hotel in Aswan

The staff were excellent and hotel was very nice overall! The rooms were clean but could do with some updating. Good AC which was needed in this heat. Restaurant food was okay. Perfect location for town, excursions and cruises. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s on the banks of the Nile River and my room had a beautiful balcony right in the water edge. The big windows made the view from my bed a 10. The property also has a free boat ride at 6:30. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were first class. Very kind, helpful and hardworking. I enjoyed my one night here but wish it would have been more. Refugio from Washington State.

Nice hotel overall but no gym

Really nice hotel but it doesn’t have a gym, you’d have to cross the river and go to the Movenpick and use their gym instead. The pool is also small but the staff are really nice and the restaurant overlooks the Nile so breakfast is amazing

Loved this hotel in Aswan. We had rooms on the Nile. It does not get better than that. The layout of the hotel is very relaxing. The restaurant served good food right next to the Nile with spectacular views of Elephant Island and the boats. The staff were friendly and helpful. laundry service was amazing and so cheap. The only issue to note is that the elevator is very temperamental. great ATM in hotel.

Good value hotel

The hotel was a good value. The nightly price is very reasonable for Aswan. The rooms were clean and nice, there is a nice pool and room service and other amenities. It is not, however, a luxury hotel and there are areas that really should be upgraded. The room safe is a very old model -- it is not digital and it is very small (does not fit a laptop). Also, the shower heads need to be upgraded -- they are old. The room is kind of rustic -- on the first floor, cottage style (not high rise). There are many stairs -- I believe there is an elevator but I didn't see it-- if stairs are an issue for you, you should ask about it. The breakfast buffet was not good at all. One day I got breakfast to-go, and it was mostly filled with bread and pastries. The food could use improvement. Also, while service at the front desk was friendly and available, it was sometimes hard to get them to do what I was asking -- like help with a taxi, airport transfers, and making change to get small bills. Overall, it was good for what I paid, but some things should be improved.

All was excellent at this hotel. From receptionist to all the rest of the staff, either room caregivers and food service in the great restaurant by the Nile River. We are completed satisfied with all. Great hotel at great price in Aswan by the Nile. I recommend it to everyone.
