Stink bugs & mold

Upon arrival we noticed mold all in our shower and the shower head. All along the wall there was stink bugs. The front desk staff was quick to help but will definitely not he staying there again it was disgusting.

Great Hotel For What We Needed

Everything was nice at hotel except they need to get new carpet & flush out A/C unit. Bad smell as soon as we opened the door. We opened the window & sprayed AC to get the smell out.

Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before & will continue to stay here.I'm going to do my review in sections so it's easier to understand: Location: It's a straight shot to Hershey & attractions. Maybe a ten minute drive, if that. Close to gas stations as well & is an easy on/off the interstate location. Room: We had a king suite, the room was big & had a nice layout, some wear & tear but nothing to really dive into. I would've given this visit 5 Stars; however, the shower wouldn't get hot. (Silly to not give it 5 stars; probably, but after a long day, I like a hot shower). I didn't ask staff about it, we were fine. Also, & this is to be expected, my son said the couch bed was not comfortable. We ended up taking the mattress off & using it on the floor. He was fine with that. He's also 15 & moody, so take that for what it's worth. Our bed was firm and comfy. Breakfast: It was a good layout with a nice spread: Cereal, yogurts, fruits, sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffle maker. Pool: My husband and son got in the first night, they said it was cold. Hot tub was not working that evening. The second night of our stay, the pool was closed for the day. Fitness Room: My son used the eliptical and free weights. He tried to use the bowflex, it does not look like it is working well & for safety, I had him stay off of it. Staff/Check in: Check in was super easy, as I got a text to do so. The only time I spoke to staff was getting my key, he was super friendly. Hope this helps!!

Room rug looked beat-up.putty ie caulking was messily applied so it was in the areas around where it should be. There was a missi g clothes hook for the bathroom door so there was no place to hang wet towels.

Spacious, comfy room and friendly staff, ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our room was comfy, clean and spacious the shower didnt have much heated water to it. The hot tub was our of order during our stay which was kind of a bummer, but the pool was in working order but could of used a cleaning as there was visible dirt sitting on the bottom. There was a fire alarm incident saturday morning hours do to a toaster that I guess overheated which was super loud. I was also charged a 50.00 dollar holfding fee when I arrived which was not stated during my booking and cut into some of our fun plans.

Clean and comfortable

We decided to do a last minute getaway with the fam and booked this place last minute. It was clean, the beds were comfy and they had many choices for the continental breakfast they offer. Definitely would recommend.
