Very clean and comfortable facility. Rooms were of a good size and well maintained. Very close to Kings Park (across the road), which provided a GREAT location for morning walks / runs. 200m or 500m to the free CAT bus service. 1km walk to Farmer Jacks supermarket. A pool would make this complex perfect.

Great place, clean and organised. Was there foe the weekend so a lot of shops around were closed. Have that in mind its just outside of busy areas, which is nice quiet. Closest shop area is Subiaco - 15-20min wallk

Great view for units with balcony! Fridge and dishwasher very helpful. Great toiletries provided. Good reception available 7am-11pm. But hygiene can be improved - layer of dust on surfaces, balcony chairs rusty, dish drying rack rusty, lots of black stuff at base of kettle.

I was lucky to get a high floor with an amazing view of the city and Kings Park. This made my stay a 5 star experience. Some of the lower floors on my side of the building look into a brick wall. This would be the only negative thing about choosing this hotel for me again. The rooms are amazing. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need including washing machine and tumble dryer. If you are staying on the weekend there is lots of free street parking all around the hotel.

Everything in this hotel i like the only thing i didn't like is the parking. There's no car park and the one on the streets is all full. We have to walk a few distances from the hotel to park our car. That's the only disadvantage, apart from that everything was all good.

Good location that is quiet. Just out of cbd but easy to get around via public transport and in the free transit area. Only issue I had was with the shower. Hard to get water temperature right as it kept going from hot to cold for several minutes before it settled. Also had issues with water leaking out under the shower door which I put down to a design fault in the door with the gap at the bottom being too big. Overall happy with my stay.
