I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay. Older reviews made me uncomfortable but this is a whole new business. They were nicely remodeled and everything was clean, nice smelling and welcoming. Even the coffee in the morning was good. The rooms are dark even with all the added lights but that’s just a personal preference. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient and safe location, staff are super helpful (although hotel is understaffed). Very good value for money in DC metro area, especially with parking. Hotel clean and well maintained. Keep in mind that while this is a nice building and location, amenities are limited - no breakfast, not even much of a common area in hotel, basic rooms are small and don't have fridges or microwaves. Great for a traveler who will be away all day on business or sightseeing, might not be optimal for small children or someone looking for a more relaxed, longer stay.

Staff was really nice and friendly, but it was just very minimal. Need to ask front desk for hair dryer. Not enough lighting in the room. Bedding was clean, but stiff and made us itchy. Bathtub was outdated. Super clean though!

You get exactly what you expect. (Very) friendly staff and clean rooms. The ac unit was a bit too noisy, but you could adjust it to make it slightly more silent.

Arrived early and staff was friendly and happy to allow me to check in… facility has clearly received a recent upgrade - so cleanliness was at a premium. There were limited options that fit my budget, so I eas pleasantly surprised - this hotel was a good spot at the last min for my meetings.

Joe, Jose and Casser are great hosts. The housekeeping team do a fine job. I was very pleased with the total property renovation. I was also curious that there are no microwaves, refrigerators, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, dressers or a closet. There are hooks and hangers for coats and what you wish to hang. TV is also minimal. I learned a lesson. I don't need that stuff! It's a gift to the environment and frugality to forego it all. The coffee is ready at six and is pretty good and there's a sitting space outside. I enjoyed my stay.

I recommend this hotel! There are a few things that could be improved, but I would stay there again. It is immaculately clean! Very quiet. The staff were very helpful and extremely nice. The hotel is a little hard to find ( my car GPS couldn't find Langston Blvd or Cherry Hill Rd) but my phone directed me to the side parking lot. There wasn't a small refrigerator in my room and that would have been a problem if I had stayed longer. The bathroom sink was perfect for me but I am a little over 5' tall. A person close to 6' would find the sink well below their waist! These are minor glitches. I still say it's a great place to stay.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean and parking was easy. The staff, however, took forever for check in and check out. We were waiting to check in for 10 minutes before someone finally came to the desk. We also had to check out early due to an emergency and because it was after housekeeping left, I am not getting a refund for the missing day we were supposed to be there. Not sure if thats normal or not but I have never heard of that before. Overall might not use them again unless absolutely necessary.
