Well, I will start by saying that I was surprised by the size of the room, which was even smaller then a standard hotel room. It definitely did not match the image online in terms of space. Though it can serve well young travelers who pass by for a couple of days but for my older son and I, it did not work and sadly we booked it for 11 days. Right on the first day we had no hot water, the fresh paint on the walls was so strong that it gave me headache, I kept the shades on the windows down because anyone can see right in (no privacy). In the middle of the night the fire alarm sounded for good 10 minutes. I did not care for the area at all - or better say the block where the building is located at. It was filthy. the lady who communicated with me via Whatsapp was very nice to listen to my complaint but she said that they can't move me since everything looks the same (not in the picture on hotel.com - it does not) and they could not refund me. Honestly, I gave up and left after 2 days. It was not worth it for me. I had anxiety, headache and over all discomfort being there. In my opinion, Not ideal for family or older folks. A young couple trying to save on stay in Madrid for a couple of days possibly but might as well stay in a hostel.

La habitación estaba bien, era amplia funcional y estaba limpia. Las almohadas un poco bajas para nuestra opinión, pero él mayor problema es que la ventana de claraboya estaba mal cerrada y se oía a la gente en la calle gritando y no hubo manera de cerrarla bien.

La habitación estaba sin hacer, toallas, cama, basura, todo del inquilino previo a mi estancia. Al intentar conectar con su recepción virtual no contestaron hasta varias horas tarde para ese entonces ya me había buscado otro alojamiento se se negaron a proporcionarme una solución o reembolso.

Pas de lave linge dans le logement comme annoncé, mais une laverie automatique payante au niveau -1 du parking, logement très mal insonorisé (allé et venu dans les couloirs, porte d’entrée principale qui claque…)et pas de rideau occultant (lampadaire qui donne directement dans la chambre) ce qui rend les nuits un peu compliquées, sinon le logement est propre et bien entretenu et le personnel d’entretien est serviable ce qui rend le séjour a peu près convenable

El apartamento es nuevo y está bastante bien. Le falta algunas cosas, como una cafetera para poder tomarte un café cuando te despiertas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y al ser una planta baja no pudimos abrir la ventana pues nos veían desde la calle.

La esperienza ha sido horrible. La cama de matrimonio era minúscula, cabían dos personas pero super apretadas. Las almohadas parecía que estaban a medio rellenar. El baño no tenía ganchos y nos dejaron solo medio rollo de papel higiénico. Nos dejaron únicamente un par de toallas y no había información respecto al cambio de sabanas ni de las toallas mismas. La cocina estaba equipada con lo justo y no había ni aceite ni sal. Por otro lado, la insonorización era pésima, las puertas solo cerraban con un portazo, la alarma de incendios sonó a la mañana siguiente de entrar entre las 07:00-08:00 y se mantuvo alrededor de media hora. El ultimo día volvió a sonar y también tardaron en apagarla. Una parte del edificio, oculta a primera vista, estaba en obras por lo que nos hemos pasado todos los días oyendo los malditos taladros. En resumen, una pésima experiencia, para nada recomendable.
