Terrible

The hotel does not exist anymore! We arrived at the hotel and were told by a person living in the apartment building that the hotel does not operate anymore. They had closed a week before we arrived and did not notify us. We had paid in advance and have not been reimbursed yet. Now there is no one to get a hold of. There website is down and the phone number gives an automateld reply.

The front desk staff was friendly and kept our luggage on the day of check in since we could not check in until 4pm. The hotel room was dated and sorely in need of a renovation. All units are individually owned and they prefer long term renters. Our room was shabby, old furniture and the AC struggled. It is a suites hotel with a kitchen, no dishwasher or paper towels. The pool was nice and grounds are well kept up. The bed was old and mattress was uncomfortable. We asked for a late check out and found that the charge is $50 per half hour over the 11:00am check out time.

The stay didn’t happen. When I arrived they had a sign on the door “no check ins after 10pm” WOW?!?! (I had some bad words in the place of "WOW" and they made me re-write this. Please add profanity on your own.)

Location was fantastic. The property is a bit dated but the staff was very professional, informative and friendly. The units appear to be privately and individually owned. A number of the units are occupied year round. The unit we stayed in needed some simple updating, new carpet, a new couch/love seat and interior paint. However, it was clean and everything worked. The on-site gym/pool is acceptable. The cafe was closed and operated until noon or so. No dinner service offered. The following morning (we did not dine there), the cafe was operational and serving customers. The property was very quiet and does not offer covered parking or gaming. All in all, I would stay at this location again.

Staff was very kind, the pool was clean and very beautiful. What i loved most was the kitchen with just about everything you'd need for your stay. And With the Smiths just down the street, everything was perfect!

Clean and quiet

Very clean and large for the price. This hotel is actually a retirement residence. You are getting a cute little apartment type space. Very quiet. It was too hot to try the outside activities and I don’t gamble so early to bed. The only downside is that the restaurant onsite that is advertised closes at 3:00 pm! So no dinner, and open for breakfast until 7. Luckily this town has a Starbucks. No dogs allowed FYI.

The property was very outdated and in need of a major refurbishment. Stains on carpets. Everything within the accommodation looked as though it had been fitted in the 1970's ! Thankfully we only stayed for one night.

I get there at 3:00 in the morning, the property was closed not body was there, I call the number on the door and the manager responded and came to open the door for me, I really appreciate his kindness, I feel so good like I’m in home, I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip.

Comfortable and Homey

Our stay was great from check in to check out. Very friendly service and they met our every need. We were in need of a full-size fridge and got it. The room was very homey and had just about everything we needed.
