It's a nice location and the tub in the room is amazing but the staff is a little difficult to deal with sometimes. We've stayed here twice and the first time we paid for late check out and the guy working check in said "well I don't know anything about that, check out time is 11." This time we did the online pre check-in and the same guy was working again unfortunately and this time despite telling him we already filled out all the information online 3 separate times he didn't seem to care and we had to fill it out again on a physical paper despite being the same exact information we'd filled out online. Just a difficult person to deal with. The man working the desk when we checked out however was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. So I guess may the odds be ever in your favor with staff at this location.
