Great stay in a very traditional Riad, located down a few alleys in the heart of the medina a beautiful Riad awaits inside.

Fabulous place, amazingly was stored and a feast for the eyes. Staff were very helpful. Lovely to have a place of calm that you can relax in, in the centre of the Medina. Lots of incredible restaurants nearby but you need to book.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Riad Rafeef! The Riad is even more beautiful than in the photos, and we particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Khadija and the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful, and all worked incredibly hard to make sure every guest's stay was just right. We loved the delicious breakfasts and dinner, and enjoyed some pampering spa treatments. We would highly recommend staying here; the location was perfect to enjoy Essaouira, the rooms were comfortable, clean and intricately decorated. We hope to visit again soon!

This is a really well maintained, beautifully styled Riad in a central position inside the city walls of Essouiara. The staff are very welcoming and attentive and the food is excellent. We stayed on the ground floor in Sakina. It had a very large bathroom with a great shower, a very comfortable bed and a small, but comfy lounge area. However as it had no windows into the courtyard it felt a little claustrophobic and had a slight smell of damp, I’m sure the rooms upstairs would be fine.
