I don't think that the cartons have been washed since my last stay 2 years ago, they were dirty standing alll over them, Hair dryer holder no hair dryer Iron and ironing board holder and where not there Was not happy when I had to give a refundable $60. Dep. @ check in I will not be using this facility again.

The power was knocked out from early evening and wasn't on the next morning which I'm not putting the blame the hotel..but you'd think there'd be a back up Genny! You'd think they would have at least offered a complimentary stay at some other time! No apologies or anything.

Furnace was on full blast when I arrived. The room was 85°. Both the sink and bathtub were running when I arrived, which was confusing. Chair in room was broken. Marks on curtain could have been mold or blood.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn – McKnight Road for two nights but left after the first due to safety and cleanliness concerns. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The second room had missing smoke detectors, visible mold in the AC unit, and several maintenance issues (dirty walls/floors, damaged furniture, non-working TV). We were offered another room but declined because, by that point, we were no longer confident in the property’s overall safety standards. We left early and booked another hotel. Disappointed that a refund for the unused night was denied despite the safety concerns.

I never expect a 5 star at red roof inn however i do expect for that price point for it to be a solid 2 low 3 star...it was a negative star. I stayed on a night that it was 8 degrees outside room had no heat they did give us a space heater room may got to 34 degrees. No smoke alarm in room while using a space heater but who needs one of those fire safty noise makers anyway. Woke up wanted a hot shower seen we wasnt given any shampoo so had to run dog to pee i would ask no problem there. They have me a shampoo went back to room and Surprise no hot water it wasn't even a little warm like it was 42 degrees if you were lucky but still warmer then our room. Just a bonus our tv also didn't work so we wtched our phone but that was just a bonus of how crappy that one night was.

Upon arrival, staff was extremely rude and unkind. The rooms were ok. No fan in bathroom, so entire room was hot and steamy when showered. Sheets had rips in them. But, was a cheap spot to sleep.

The room was dirty. There was hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The shower curtain was visibly dirty. The tub drained extremely slowly, but the time I was done showering the water covered my feet. There was no actual blanket. When I called to the front desk, around 1230am, I was told they didn't have any extra. It took over an hour after turning up the heat to get the room to regester at 70*. The heater put off a smell and visible dust. There was no breakfast food. Only black coffee was offered, no cream or sugar.

When I checked in, the desk person said there was no tv even though the ad said the room had one. The bathroom mirror was broken in many places with shards of glass taped in place. The mirror itself was barely on the wall. The bed had what seemed to be blood stains next to the pillows and a different bodily fluid near the bottom of the bed. I checked out after twenty minutes and asked for a refund. He told me to reach out to hotels.com for that. I will say though that the man at the desk was kind and understanding and helpful.

the heat did not work, i called the front desk and told them, instead of giving me a new room he said let it run 5 minutes, after 15 minutes i just packed upnand left, im sure im not the first one to complain no heat so i ask him why give me a room with no heat i left aftef a few hours i had a kid not feeling good with a cold couldn't stay there with no heat,

Very very basic and unclean. All amenities have been removed. No TV in room, feel like it was probably stolen. Mirror cracked and held together with tape. Emergency exit sign falling from ceiling in the hallway. Dirty sheets, lumpy pillows, just didn't feel comfortable or clean anywhere in the room.

Where to begin. I didn’t expect much when I booked this place but.. front desk seemed annoyed that I even came to check in. Hotel smells like smoke which makes sense because there are no smoke alarms in the room or the hallways from what I can see.
Smoke alarm should be here.
Towel rack and hair dryer just waiting to be put back on the wall I guess
