Highly recommend!

Love staying here ! Really comfortable and convenience. I had already stayed here for 4 night, due to flight change I needed one more stay. And I chose the same. :) I highly recommend. You can reach most magnificent sites and churches in walking distance. That was the reason I chose this hotel,turned out it satisfied me futher than just their perfect location ,but also their warmness and very comfortable ,classic and elegant atmosphere. Feeling great to make a right choice that I could enjoy Roma the most.

hotel super bien placé à environ 100m de la place Navona, quartier très sympa. pour le prix en cette saison (début février) je m'attendais à mieux. Chambre à rafraichir. pas très propre d'après ma femme. très bon petit déjeuner servi en chambre. personnel serviable et sympathique. Wifi. Aucune chaine de tv étrangère (donc pas de française).

The Hotel's location is absolutely wonderful and unparalleled - 2 minute walk to Piazza Navona, but on a quiet side street, with excellent restaurants literally next door to hotel and in the surrounding streets - close and walkable to everything. Front desk staff were always helpful and spoke English comfortably. My top floor room was clean and comfortable. Be aware there are 90 steps to the top floor and no elevator, so ask for a lower room without balcony if you don't want to climb the stairs.

The room was great. Some staff were nice and others not so. My main complaint was the noise. There was a bar down the street that was open every night until 3 AM with LOUD music. I even closed the balcony door and could still hear it. I couldn't sleep.

This hotel is a real gem in the middle of everything. Staff was very professional and courteous. You can walk to the main attractions and you will find many great restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel area. For breakfast you can visit a place called 34 one block from the hotel or you can enjoy the breakfast they offer at the hotel for a small fee. It’s delicious. Piece of advice: pack your bags lightly because there is no elevator and you could be at the third floor. All in all, it’s worth it!

The hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel but feels more like a 2-star hotel. The location is very convenient, about 2 minutes from the Piazza Navona, 20 minutes from the Forum of Trajan, 20 minutes from the Vatican, etc. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fairly well informed. I was able to leave my luggage when I arrived early and when I checked out. I asked to use their printer to print my boarding pass and this was done without complaint or surcharge. I had booked a Comfort Single Room, which is the lowest tier, and was consequently not expecting too much. However, there were a few issues: Breakfast was served in the room; however, this room does not have a table, and the quality of the breakfast was basic. In the bathroom, ventilation is not adequate (even if you turn on the fan) and the conduits seem to be connected to the neighboring room, which means you end up sharing more than you want with your neighbor. The shower needs some repair (the vertical bar holding the shower head is broken). Overall, the experience was just OK and I would probably not repeat this booking. Possibly, the experience is better in one of the Superior rooms.

The property was conveniently located near Piazza Navona. The staff were very helpful. You cannot access the property by car so there is some walking. As the property is historic it does not have an elevator and should be a consideration base on guests abilities.

Perfect location for exploring Rome

A beautiful hotel set in the back streets of Rome. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. I only wish I had a better view. The hotel is in a very busy location, even in the evenings. So, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet location. Aside from that, it is perfectly located for exploring all the incredible sights in Rome and is just a 5 minute walk from the Terrazza Borromini rooftop bar with stunning panoramic views of Rome

The property did not appeal to me. It is very aged, my room was extremely small, the property did not have an elevator, the reception area was extremely small and outdated, they did not have a central breakfast area (breakfast had to be delivered to the room), you need to order your breakfast by 8 PM the night before with no flexibility

We loved our stay here during our 12 nights! The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The room was very clean and well kept when housekeeping made their rounds. The location was perfect! It sits two streets away from Piazza Navona and is near to some of the best dining we had on our trip. I recommend Fattoincasa for their food and especially their steak. Wonderful! The room was small but perfect for folks like us that spent most of our time out in the city seeing the sights. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to have a welcoming spot to call home while they take in all that Rome has to offer.
