It was my first visit to resorts. Overall, I enjoyed the casino and I liked the layout. I had a king suite the room was very nice and spacious. However, the walls are very thin. You can hear even the casual conversation of the people in the room next to you. I was awoken very early, 5 AM, to the neighbors talking and laughing. Honestly, it was nothing they shouldn’t be doing, but I shouldn’t be able to hear it. I should be able to sleep in the room. I paid for and not hear everything through the walls. I typically stay at hard rock and wanted to try resorts out. I preferred the casino better and honestly was very happy with the hotel room, but the thin walls and being woken so early really messed this trip up for me. Not a great selection as far as food. We ate at land shark which I wasn’t thrilled with, and would not return to strictly for the food alone the music and atmosphere was very nice. For breakfast we went to breadsticks, which I very much enjoyed. We were served quickly. Food was great, but it took a half hour for us to get our boxes and our bill. We had asked our waiter twice. And finally, we asked the woman who was serving coffee, Betty, and she probably got us our bill from our waiter brought us our boxes and helped us get on our way. Betty was amazing. She was very helpful very sweet. Our waiter just kind of left us in the dust. Also, for some reason, my players card stopped working periodically, and I had to keep printing a new one at the kiosk.
