Lovely weekend getaway!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. Loved having the fireplace in the room. The restaurant was lovely with amazing food. Drinks were yummy! I did not get a chance to use the pool as it was closed due to the extremely low temperatures making it difficult to keep the pool warm.

Just the perfect getaway. The staff was exceptional. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and service was above expectations. The only reason I gave the grounds a 4 was it was only 5 weeks after the hurricane and they were doing some remodeling but I lay no blame on the resort. The road to the resort was under repair but they are doing a great job of cleaning up and getting back to business. I highly recommend.

The Inn was lovely and receptionist delightful to talk to. Room was large and comfortable. The whole area including Inn is still recovering from Hurricane Helene so grounds bit chewed up. Did see deer in grassy area by outside fireplace.

Skuffende, trist og Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt!

Opholdet var skuffende til den pris! Selv hotellet var træt og en smugle forsømt. Omgivelserne var smukke, men udsynet til bjergene som de sælger sig på var begrænset grundet høj beplantning på grunden. Værelset var ikke gjort ordentligt rent, lugtede og føltes som en fugtig kælder. Der er ikke service af værelserne under opholdet grundet underbemanding. Morgenmaden var den værste morgenmad vi har fået på et hotel og bestod af klæg bagels sat på et bord. Poolen var kold og hverken sauna eller dampbad virkede i “spaen”. Efter booking får man at vide at der bliver pålagt en destination fee, som dækker over de ydelserne man får: morgenmad, fitness, spa som ellers står som en del af opholdet. Da vi nævnte det for personalet fik vi svaret “jeg arbejder her bare”. Vi er ikke tilfredse med opholder og slet ikke til den dyre pris!
