Have to fight for food every morning at breakfast. Tiny space and tiny portions for 30+ people at most times. Rooms are cruise ship size. Very small. 80 rooms and staff share one small elevator. Frustrating. Hotel identifies with Times Square, but is 15 minute walk away. However, beds were comfortable and location was pretty good. Was an adequate stay at reasonable price.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags on day of departure. The double room was absolutely tiny. 2 adults and 2 suitcases was an extremely tight squeeze and was not a comfortable fit. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had everything we needed. Coffee machine in room didn’t work so no hot water for tea either. Breakfast really let the hotel down. Paper plates and plastic cutlery (even paper cups in the bedroom) made for a very cheap feel. Toast, bagels or waffles were fine, however the mystery eggs and meat were not great / often ran out. Staff lovely but quality of room and breakfast really let this hotel down.
