If there was an option to give a zero rating I would have. The room stunk like stale smoke & urine. Never saw a staff member and was clearly social housing. We left after 45 minutes as we did not feel safe. Why is it not mentioned that these places are social housing? Not ok.

The whole experience was awesome. I couldn't fault the service at all. My unit was on the ground floor, right out front, but there must have been superior sound-proofing as I couldn't hear traffic at all. My unit was beautifully decorated, bed linens clean and fresh and fabulous curtaining. The cleaning service was impeccable and the Adelaide Motel is so handy to everything, with the Woolworths supermarket virtually across the road. I highly recommend it. My stay was for 3 nights and I can't wait to find another excuse to go back there!

Very convenient to supermarket and eateries. Close to Otago Uni where I was attending a course. Amenities clean & easy "late check in" process. Staff did dishes when I'd left to go out for the day.

Far to walk to the city at least 30 mns ,kitchen needs utilities. I find it dangerous to use the stairs outside there’s no light at night. Also busy road quite noisy
