Terrible experience. Extremely poor fascilities with housefungus in the room and walls falling apart. Non functioning restroom, wall outlets and kicken supplies. We decided to leave after one night.

Although we knew this was a hostel, we booked this because the pictures looked quite OK. We, 2 grownups and 2 kids were extremely disappointed about the premmisis. We had 2 of te little houses outside, when we walked in we walked into a spider web, there were quite some holes in the wall, and located 2 meters next to the "terrace" What really made us decide to leave was the smelly not flushed toilets I guess kind of fine when your young and don't have money, although I would wouldn't go there, but a very wrong choice for us and again, very different then the pictures. In the end we didn't even stay, we left and booked a studio somewhere else in Ljubljana center, for the same price which was really perfect! Unfortunately we paid for both locations.

This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. The place was so unacceptable that I am requesting a full refund and for the place to be dropped from Hotels.com. For the price, you can find better and closer to the city centre.

Do NOT book here, ever even if you are on a budget. I would have given 0 stars, if I could. I am still in shock at how awful the place was . I don’t actually think it’s legal. First, I accessed the building although most the time the door is just open . No staff present and doesn’t seem secure. My room (number 3 downstairs) smelt really bad of mold and damp . There was mold in every corner of my room and it was very small and hot. I had no where else to stay on that night, but I met a girl that was trying to check in and I showed her my room and she said it was disgusting so was the shared bathroom and everything in general . The owner doesn’t even live in Ljubljana and has a Portuguese number and doesn’t answer. Me and the girl met up with someone else who had booked in to this hostel and she left and booked somewhere else because she couldn’t even open her door fully ! The door must have been 1m x 2m (Lavanda Room). She was kind enough to let me have her room because it was slightly better as it had air conditioning in that room and didn’t smell as bad. I don’t usually write reviews but I really think anyone considering this hotel , please think again. You are better paying an extra 10 pounds, than step foot in this health and safety hazard. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and this is the absolute worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in and not fit for people (or animals)

När vi kom fram hade vi inte fått någon information om hur man tar sig in i boendet. Jag försökte få kontakt via både e-post och WhatsApp, och till slut fick vi svar. Vårt rum var inte färdigt när vi anlände, så vi fick vänta medan sängkläderna byttes. Det enda som gjordes var att sängkläderna byttes; rummet städades inte. Rummet var dessutom mycket fuktigt och det stod en avfuktare där inne. Den var redan full när vi kom, så jag tömde den själv. Under natten blev den full igen och jag fick tömma den ännu en gång. På natten var det ett sällskap som förde mycket oväsen. Eftersom det inte fanns någon personal på plats gick jag själv och bad dem att vara tysta. Köket var i stort kaos, med trasigt porslin på golvet och mycket smuts överallt. Även toaletterna och duscharna var väldigt smutsiga. Tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera detta boende.
