This hotel was a nice find on Expedia for its prices and fine facilities and location. The pool is cute, the breakfasts are very good, and the staff is friendly. The TV could use a few more than 10 channels though and the bathroom needs an overhaul.

Alors éffectivement j'avais lu des commentaires sur la négligence du ménage...ceci dit si vous demandez tous les jours j'insiste bien sur le "tous les jours" vous aurez une chambre propre...sans aller regarder dans les coins!!! Mais ce problème est malheureusement récurent en Asie du sud!!! Par contre niveau confort du matelas: excellent avec un lit king size, les sanitaires avez été refaient récemment, une clim qui fonctionnait très bien et, la wifi au top dans la chambre...à noter car c'est assez peu fréquent en Asie...et tout cela pour moins de 10 euros la nuit, rapport qualité prix imbatable!! En prime une piscine pour vous détendre en arrivant le soir.Seul point négatif pour moi la restauration: cher et peu d'intérêt pour Ubud où généralement on mange très bien. Pour conclure je vous le conseil si vous avez un petit budget, mais réservez par site et moi j'y suis aller avant la haute saison (mai 2017)...bon séjour!!!

I have never given a bad review, but despite the reasonable price and proximity to Ubud Main Road, the cleanliness and service left something to be desired.
I had to ask for my bathroom to be cleaned and toilet paper to be provided when I arrived, the bedsheets were washed, but stained.
There was no safe for valuables available in the room.
I also knew I had to check out early (5am) to get my transport connection and was assured repeatedly that staff would be available at reception at this time. When I woke up I found my pre-arranged taxi had cancelled over night and no one was to be found at reception, so had to leave keys at the reception and took myself off on foot in search of car transport at a time when no one was around. I was fortunate to find someone who could help after walking with luggage for some time, but this stress could have been avoided if staff were available. The location is good, but not a 3-star resort.

This three-star resort was nicely presented down a lane way, just on the outskirts of the CBD of Ubud. I received a free upgrade to the best room they had as all the other rooms had been booked out. This room was very spacious. The bed was a four-poster bed with mosquito netting, which believe me you will need. The bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well and there was a fridge in the room too, which was handy. In regards to the bathroom, very spacious, however could have been cleaner, as in the corners of the shower floor you could clearly see a grime and dirt build-up. Also, the shower curtain was covered in mould, but usable. Furthermore, there was a kitten who had decided to make my room it's sleeping place for the night, every night. It would sleep on top of a beam underneath the high thatched roof and it never ever came down the walls or on the floor, bed, etc. but still a little disconcerting. Management knew about this, but said they would have to get some sort of contractor to be able to access and remove the cat. The resort facilities were good though. The pool looked clean and was used regularly and there were sun lounges too. The restaurant here however was only open for breakfast, but there were good menu options. In regards to the staff, it was all run by young people, but they were very friendly. Sometimes though I would have to ask them twice to fulfil my request, but other than that everything was good. It felt very safe too, with security at night.

L'hôtel est bien situé, rue tranquille qui mène à une grande artère. Personnel courtois mais ma chambre laissait à désirer. Les draps étaient tres propres mais les oreillers sentaient mauvais. Jai dû dormir sur ma serviette. Par contre à la fin de mon séjour j'ai visité une autre chambre superbe qui donne également sur la piscine.
Dans ces endroits, regardez d'abord la salle de bain.

Location is good.
Rooms dirty and no maintenance. Wood borers leave a mess in the bath. Water pressure is restricted and difficult to shower. Hand basin had trickle of water.
Room spacious and pool good.
Lucky it was cheap.
Staff were not busy.

Cheap place but I was just expecting something simple and clean.
Smelly bedroom from moisture and bathroom canalisation, during wet season.
No water pressure to the shower you have to remove the shower head to get good pressure.
Old sheets perforate same for the towels.

비스마 길에 위치해서 아주 조용합니다.
바로 옆에 블랙펄이라는 논전망의 저렴한 맛집이 있고요, 2-3분 거리에 Komaneka at Bisma와 비스마 에잇이라는 특급 호텔이 있어서 석양을 보며 한잔을 하거나 파인 다이닝이 가능합니다.
비스마 길위에는 마사지집, 인기 좋은 화덕피자집 등이 있어서 편리합니다.
비스마 사리 호텔은 가성비 좋은 호텔이고요. 아침식사도 풍성합니다. 하지만, 세심한 깔끔은 아닌 점이 아쉬워요.

Stanza abbastanza semplice, quando siamo arrivati il bagno era visibilmente non pulito. Per avere le pulizie quotidiane bisogna fare espressa richiesta in reception ogni giorno. Colazione con poca scelta, ma non male. Struttura situata in una zona interessante, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla via principale ma leggermente fuori dal casino e dal traffico (comunque molto battuta alla mattina da taxi che vi possono accompagnare dove volete). Nella via sono presenti molti altri hotel e diversi ristoranti e locali dove poter mangiare, oltre ad una cabina bancomat e ad una market. Personale abbastanza gentile, risponde alle richieste disponibile a fare una telefonata o chiamare il dottore in caso di necessità. Nel complesso discreto.

Værelset var virkelig ringe.
Døren sluttede ikke tæt, så der var mange dyr på værelset.
Vi havde ikke sæbe på badeværelset og døren til badeværelset sluttede heller ikke tæt.
Personalet havde glemt at vi havde booket 2 værelser og vi sov 3 på det ene værelse den første nat. Dagen efter kom de og fortalte at værelset var klar.
Udendørsområdet var smukt.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Nachts, wenn man zum Hotel zu Fuß läuft, wird man von Straßenhunden angebellt. Personal war immer Hilfsbereit, aber hatten leider kein Verständnis von Sauberkeit und den dementsprechenden Erwartungen

Bedauerlicherweise zeigen die Bilder auf diesem Portal nicht den wahren Zustand des Hotels, geschweige denn unseres Zimmers. Trotz des günstigen Preises und des Landes war das Hotel keinesfalls genügend. Das Zimmer roch sehr modrig und war ungepflegt und ungeputzt. Von Spinnweben in sämtlichen Ecken über Schimmel an den Wänden und Eidechsenkot bis hin zu einem wackeligen Klodeckel und kaputten Badfenster. Hinzu kommt ein Pool, der so unklar war, dass man nicht mal den Boden erkennen konnte. Außerdem war die Dusche in katastrophalem Zustand, so dass duschen beinahe unmöglich war. Natürlich muss erwähnt werden, dass wir das letzte Zimmer des Komplexes erhielten, dennoch muss ich als Gast eine gewisse Sauberkeit erwarten können. Auch das Personal war wenig hilfreich und unfreundlich und zeigte sich letztlich nicht bereit, am Zustand des Zimmers nach unserer Beschwerde etwas zu ändern. Insgesamt hinterließ der Aufenthalt im Bisma Sari Resort mehr als nur einen faden Nachgeschmack. Die Krone des Hotellogos kam uns abschließend wie Hohn vor.
