Overall, the stay was fine. Some of the dishwater was not clean, and the walls were very thin. Thought it was odd there was no fan in the bathroom nor were the bathroom walls sealed.

This is an old-style motel sitting close to Highway 101 with some updates. Our modest room was clean (mostly) and the beds were comfortable. There was no AC, which is not uncommon on the Olympic Peninsula. The small fridge in the little kitchenette had food in it left by the previous guest and there was a note requesting we wash our dishes. There were a variety of games, which was a plus since we played some cribbage. Overall not bad, but far from excellent.

First of all, this motel is not in Hoodsport! The room was old, musty, and not clean. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. For $200 a night, we at least expected a decent place, that didn’t have bugs on the ceiling stained carpet and peeling paint! I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again.

Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright in the room early, as soon as the sun comes up. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.
