Enjoyed my stay here. Just note that it's now a Raddison in the same place with another hotel nextdoor. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Showers get really hot and good pressure. It's Right off the freeway next to plenty of restaurants and shopping like Walmart. They do not provide hair dryers or irons. You also need to ask for a room with a microwave and fridge when checking in as they are rebranding and some room do not have these. Good stay but keep those things in mind.

Great location very close to the airport. Very helpful staff. Guest rooms were clean. The restaurant and bar had great food. Will stay here again on my next stay. This is one of the cleaner hotels in the city.

The staff was amazing and very friendly!! They were accommodating to our situation.. The room/bathroom was really clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! They had breakfast every morning we were there and it was decent. If needed we would definitely stay there again!!

Super dingy and dirty. Rooms didn’t have tv, fridge nor microwaves. They said they will call us to see maybe which us that might a room with a tv at least and never called assuming they won't have any rooms with any appliances. Others complained. The photos online is accurate. The prices are cheap so if you don't care to have any appliances or tv then by all means

The pictures on Google and other websites are very misleading. Upon checking in I was informed of a deposit required for the room, which I have never heard of or had to pay before and I do a lot of traveling to many different states. I was told that my deposit of $100 would just be a hold on my card and would be released immediately upon checking out, which turned out is not the case. The rooms were anything but clean. The door's lock was not usable due to the handle and lockset being incorrectly installed. The carpet was sticky and stained throughout, the room had an odd smell like there was dirty socks left under the bed, the shower had mold that looked like it had been painted over multiple times. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was nearly impossible to shut doe to it dragging on the floor. With the bathroom door "closed" there was a large gap in which I could watch TV from the toilet, creating zero sense of privicy. In the bathroom where the exhaust fan should have been there was a Braum's paper bag taped to the ceiling covering the hole. There was no remote for the TV so I had to go request one from the front desk. There was an iron but no ironing board, I had to go find one from housekeeping. Overall, a very bad experience. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

My stay was wonderful. I was offered a refrigerator but declined and I should have said yes. Lol it was my birthday so me and my daughters dad went to the bar durning hour got 2 shots a piece, a lemon drop, and a tequila sunrise we were charged 34 dollars for the shots that were supposed to be 5 a piece. But he didn’t mind but kind of did that’s an extra 14 dollars we were charged. And maybe get a tv guide in the rooms showing the channels I had to skim through looking for my channel a tv guide would have been very helpful. Staff was amazing, housekeepers very nice, the lady that checked me in very sweet. And breakfast was GREAT!! I enjoyed my stay!!

I was unaware of the $100.00 security deposit when I booked the room online for a one night booking. It was supposed to be reimbursed, and I checked out today. I still haven’t been reimbursed. Although the room was clean and the breakfast very good, I won’t stay there again because of the deposit.
