Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and the location was extremely convenient. On top of that, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had an amazing stay here! The location is so convenient, with plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. As soon as I walked in, beautiful background music was playing, and the heated floors made the space feel warm and cozy. On top of that, the facilities are super modern—I was especially impressed by the smart glass curtain that toggles on and off with a switch for instant privacy. The place was extremely clean, the staff were friendly, and it offered plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again!Highly recommended!

The picture shown in hotels.com ate wide angle,reality room is small, some stains are seen on the floor tiles & carpet, cleaners are prob foreign students, but met w/ 1 inconsiderate female cleaner in which my wife have gotten an argument with, because she was insisting to clean the room while it was an inconvenient time for her to do so,so we complaint to the reception. The laundry is complimentary, with a limited pcs and to be given to reception to do so everyday once only. Some floors are still under renovation, as the lift is wrapped with protections! The experience of having foreign cleaners make us feel that our stay are quite unsafe after the arguments!
