Service of the front desk is excellent, any single of them are very polite and professional, especially Chris.
However, I was upset by one thing. A house keeper open my door without notification. She told front desk she left her phone in my room, but she didn't take anything from my room. I wondering she wanted to do something else.
Staff was excellent, room was very clean and modern, very convenient location minutes away from subway and a lot of restaurants to eat nearby.

Very small rooms, totally over-priced and staff that were particularly unhelpful. As a Marriot Bonvoy Titanium Elite member I thought they might be a little more flexible, but clearly they had no interest in providing service. I assume that with all the medical tourism business they don't need to bother with other guests. Never staying there again - do not book this hotel unless you have no other option.
