The office staff are super friendly. The motel is right on the boardwalk with easy access to everything. It's an older motel, definitely could use some TLC. The first room my husband and son were in smelled like smoke as a man constantly stood outside the door and smoked and the rooms had wall AC that pulled in smoke. The staff really moved them to another room with no complaints. My biggest issue was the cleaning staff. The first thing I noticed on arrival was the floor was sandy when we first walked in the room. I overheard the neighbor complain about the same thing in their room so I just cleaned ours. We were there for 5 days and they never offered to clean the room or change sheets. Just gave us towels when we asked. I've cleaned hotel rooms before and would never go five days without changing sheets. It's convenient to everything, has a great pool and the office staff couldn't be nicer. Overall, you get what you pay for.
