We went to visit Honda attraction in the area. The little motel was amazing! It looked like the Bates hotel from outside. When you got inside, it was super nice and comfy. The interior was very well done and professional. The innkeeper was a very nice gentleman, I give it top stars!

This was our 2nd stay here. Owner is very sweet and location is perfect for visiting Pennhurst. We can tell theyve done some remodeling and its not so creepy looking lol but again we love the creepy vibe.

Quaint Stay

This is a nice little family owned motel/inn. It only has 10 rooms. The view is amazing and just outside of the city, so no light pollution if you want to look at the stars. The bathroom was very quaint and I loved the rain shower head. My only concern was there was trash under the beds that was not ours and there were some stains on the box spring of the bed. But honestly, we didn't notice that until the very end when we were double checking to make sure we didnt forget anything. This was a one night trip.

I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty

This is the worst property I ever drove up to. The owner canceled my reservation out from under me. And thank God because I would never have stayed there. No one should ever book this place. It's in the actual middle of nowhere.

The property smelled and the tv did not work. I asked for a single bed and they gave me a room with two beds, then told me if I used the other bed they would charge me $25. The room had bugs and flys.. we slept with the lights on, but it was the only place available out of town.. HORRIBLE AND NASTY.. I am itching just thinking about it!

It was what we needed for the weekend. A clean room and a shower. The bed was comfortable, a little 2 high for us short people. No breakfast, no ice machine. Staff was nice.. the. Wifi password he gave us did not work but we never persuaded it either. The sign needs a little light for night travelers to see it. It is close to pennhurst. The A.C. was the best for a little unit itnworked great. It took us a bit to get the TV to work but we got it.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Filthy, rub-down, and a gaping hole in the roof. This is NOT a hotel. The felt very unsafe, and was terrified to stay. Pictures are not as described. I tried to ask for a refund, and hotels.com could not get ahold of the manager. We left and stayed elsewhere. The picnic table had a hazard cons in front of it. The main "office" is in the bottom of someone's house. Read the other reviews carefully. Don't stay!

The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol

As others have said this is a small motel. It’s well kept, clean and family owned. Stayed here for close accommodations to a local event and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating and gave a great recommendation for local restaurants. The room looked exactly like the pictures… and there were no issues with any of the amenities. I will definitely stay here again for this event next year!

Older little property. We were only staying one night as we were doing an overnight ghost tour of pennhurst. Manager was very nice. Room was fairly clean, could use a good vacumming around floor board edges. Its located in the middle of beautiful country side. Bed was comfortable. Will be going back for another ghost tour so we will be staying here again.

Flys in the room

When we walked into the room, it was disgusting. There were flys in the room, the bathroom was dirty, and there was food left in the fridge. The owner was not accommodating to the situation.
