Very nice stay!

It was a very good stay the people at the front desk were really nice and patient. They were always willing to help refrigerate my cousin's insuline and we appreciated that. The room was clean, beds okay. It did not have air conditioning but the fan helped a lot. We stayed for one night but we would like to go back.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre près de sites à visiter (plaza mayor, gran via...). Nombreuses boutiques à proximité. Quartier vivant et agréable, métro et bus à disposition.un peu de bruit le soir mais c'est le propre d'un quartier vivant et c'est l'occasion de sortir et de se promener. Séjour avec 2 ados qui ont apprécié. Pour le prix rien à redire.

Centralt 150 meter från Porto del Sol mitt på gågatan. Enkel frukost på rummet med gott kaffe. Rummen mot gatan kan vara störande med allt folkliv. Enkelt men rent med daglig städning. Personalen var dåliga på engelska

Séjour de 3 nuits pour le Réveillon

Bonne situation géographique (à côté de Puerta del Sol) - pratique pour passer le Réveillon malgré que la rue est momentanément fermée (accès par une autre artère). Hôtel vétuste, chambre minuscule pour 4 personnes. Lits trop petits et mauvais matelas et oreillers. La salle de bains mériterait une rénovation. Les linges sont changés tous les 2 jours. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure avec un voisinage très bruyant. Point positif : le personnel était accueillant.

Hostal muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de la Puerta de Sol. Aunque la habitacion era pequeña estaba bien porque unicamente estuvimos para dormir; la limpieza muy buena. Los contras, no tenia persianas ni cortinas opacas y entraba mucha claridad, y habia mucho ruido procedente de la recepción y de las demás personas que alli se alojaban.
