O quarto está limpo, e é exatamente como nas fotos, o que não gostamos foi que o hotel cobra 15 reais por dia de estacionamento, o que não tinha ficado claro para mim aqui na plataforma, além disso o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, só tinha bolo seco e sem gosto, os pães também não estavam frescos, além de só ter uma sanduícheira que naofuncionava nada bem o que é uma vergonha em um hotel desse tamanho., enfim o café da manhã tem muito o que melhorar.

O checkin foi bem tranquilo, atendimento ótimo. O estacionamento, é ruim, porque não esta bem organizado a sinalização das vias e vagas. O quarto é bom, bem limpo e organizado, banheiro ótimo, chuveiro quente, box um pouco pequeno. O café da manhã é bem simples apesar do salão ser grande e confortável. O quarto atendeu às necessidades de quatro pessoas. Estava limpo, porém encontramos lacraias no banheiro. Como o quarto era no térreo, acredito que seja necessário realizar dedetizações com mais frequência. Outro ponto é que, por estar no térreo e de frente para o estacionamento, o quarto fica barulhento pela manhã, pois os hóspedes estão saindo. Além disso, o secador de cabelo estava sem a proteção traseira da hélice. Minha filha acabou prendendo o cabelo nele. Não foi nada grave, mas poderia ter ocorrido um acidente.
