整体不错，但浴室太小了，比较远离鸡场街。

整体还好，不过房间比较暗沉，浴室太窄太小，比较远离中心，住的还算愉快，酒店服务员态度很好，设施有点差。

you've got what you paid

don't expect too much with the price you've paid. the staff were generally very helpful but their knowledge of Malaka were quite limited with lots of inaccurate information. Anyway their training were not on tour information leading to their generally weakness in this aspect. the breakfast were generally marginally accepted with flies inside the cafe.

Worst Experice Ever

The room was dirty and need a lot of renovation urgently. The hallway was full of the dirty bedsheets and towels until evening, horriable and disgusting, we couldn't sleep well worrying about the dirty bedsheets on floor. Reception and people at the lobby were not helpful; only "don't know" with all the questons we asked, such as where is the bus station and how much the taxi cost etc.

The price was good. The room was spacious and with good view. But bedsheet and windows were unclean. I made booking in Hotels.com but the frontdesk staff cannot find it, and said I made booking in Expedia. Well....

外部景观不错，内部有些诡异，不推荐入住

客观评价：酒店依河而建，高层景观不错，可远眺马六甲海峡，可是酒店内部设施陈旧，走廊里有股潮湿发霉的异味，最怪异的是，有些房间居然用黑胶布封住了整个门缝，入住率也不高，感觉蛮诡异的。房间有保险柜，无法使用，前台推说是产自中国，没电了，后备电源还没到。

Good view

Good view as the hotel is located between river & eye on Malaka. And easy to go to all main scene locations. Room is ok as ant was found but air con is cool enough. Breakfast at first day was good but not in second day. The attitude at frontdesk was good and polite. We needed to be patient to wait for housekeeping coming. So far overall is not bad.

设施老旧的酒店，走廊有很难闻的臭味

酒店外观还行，但内部设施老旧，很破旧，而且走廊过道弥漫着一股很难闻的臭味，实在让人受不了，房间里面倒是没有臭味。酒店设施很破旧，感觉像国内的旅馆，条件实在是差，不推荐，值得推荐的也就它的早餐供应了，还总算还人有点好感。

漂亮河景 早餐不错

办理check-in等待时间好长 不知道是不是新员工 不过因为我们的房间还没整理好 免费安排了一个king size 的大床房 还算可以 。酒店早餐不错 而且可以看马六甲河的风景 沿着河边一直走然后第三座桥的时候右转一直走就能到鸡场街 还算不错，如果你要求的是一个风景好些 不求购物 以及会早回酒店休息的话 还是一个不错的选择 因为马来西亚晚上不是很安全 可能会有摩托车打劫的 所以建议如果晚上很晚回酒店的话 还是打车吧 ！

3 Days 2 Night @ Wanna Riverside Melaka

Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. The hotel carpets and fitting are seems to be very old. If you were driving, there are ample of covered parking space and its nearby the place of interest. I will suggest you park your car at the hotel and either walk / use the boat to the place of interest to avoid traffic jam. Limited parking at the city area if you were to use your car. Request for a riverside view for a better view of the Melaka.

We got smelly towel and not functioning heater. However we satisfied with the view. Nice view at day and night. The aircond need to service not cold at all............ Please improve your room cleanest. Make sure all the things provided is clean especially the towel. ..... ....

It's the 5 minute walking distance to Kampung Hulu Mosque. And also 10 minute walking distance to" Medan Selera Sungai Melaka" Check in , smoothly. also the check out , easily. Breakfeast , surpurb .
