Almost a month has passed and yes, my trip was made memorable from the start to finish (Apr 5 to Apr 8). Power is in the team. Hotel staff and team's attention to minute details is worth mentioning. Staff taking care of and providing comfort to customers is exemplary.
Steven: His impeccable attention to my emails and his prompt responses were impressive. The moment I stepped into the hotel, he went over and beyond to make me feel at home—courteously gave me the news of room upgrade with the coffee kettle/ironing board with iron—offered drinks in lobby, provided detailed instructions of important landmarks to visit with step by step directions, booked my tour to Krka/Trojir/Skradin, personally gave me history lesson of the hotel, he walked me to the Vestibul place with his maestro singing echoing in the dome/roof/walls like orchestra acoustics. Next day Steve again went an extra mile to walk me to the Gray Line bus tour office.
After I entered the room, there was a personal note from Mr. Nenad which was touching.
Manager Valentino is professional, compassionate and kind to let me know that the restaurant Chef would be glad to cook anything I wanted since I had dietary restrictions.
