Experiência muito abaixo do esperado, principalmente pelo valor alto da diária. O quarto “luxo” tinha banheiro em péssimas condições: chuveiro enferrujado, tubulação aparente, água espalhando e banheira sem escoamento, obrigando-nos a tomar banho com água nos tornozelos. O sifão da pia também vazava. Solicitei troca imediatamente, mas alegaram lotação. No dia seguinte prometeram outro quarto em 40 minutos, mas após 2 horas ainda não estava pronto. Meus pais, idosos, também estavam hospedados, o quarto deles ficava na parte de baixo da pousada e eles precisavam enfrentar uma ladeira perigosa, com circulação de carros e ônibus, para chegar ao café da manhã. O hotel não oferecia transporte entre a recepção e essa área. Pelo preço cobrado, esperava muito mais estrutura, segurança e cuidado com os hóspedes. Não recomendo.

Estadia maravilhosa! Ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários educados e solícitos, em especial o Paulo. Café da manhã excelente e o restaurante da propriedade é muito bom. Agradável surpresa. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza!
