Fantastic location with great staff. When you upgrade to one of the “freshly renovated” rooms, they really mean “freshly renovated bathroom”. None of the rooms are actually fully renovated yet (so I was told). Will be great once finished. At the moment it’s good value for money for the location.

Great views over the bay. Room was large and comfortable . Housekeeping was an issue. I asked 4 times and eventually was serviced . Hotel is going through renovation and impacting on service.

Obviously undergoing renovation the complex was a bit untidy and inconsistent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was definitely in need of upgrade but it was clean, comfortable and fine for our overnight needs. Really could have done with a microwave and two pillows for each person. Otherwise no complaints.

The staff are amazing the pictures of the room are of the room you book I booked oceanfront room was put the other side over looking the car park this is my 3 rd stay with this hotel never again as there pictures are not authentic and misleading charged for something they don’t deliver

The staff were amazing, property was clean and you have all the room facilities you need, great pool, due to the fact the resort was closed for 3yrs and had only reopened 3wks before we came it was in good condition, can’t wait to come back and see the place after the renovations, a big thank you to Lindy and the rest of the staff for being so lovely, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel building is under renovation so the facilities are unavailable, except the pool. My room was old & rundown but still functional with a great ocean view. The staff were friendly. Great coffee van out front too.

Place is in renovation. Room need more than paint to be update. Investment in AC is required but they will get there. Great location by the beach and I like the small coffee van in side of the hotel. Good to have a chat and great coffee.

This hotel has just been taken over by new owners the staff were saying, so are putting a lot of money into it to get it up to 4 star. The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back.

Limited parking in exposed front park lot, otherwise it was street parking. One lift operating which took a while during peak time close to checkout. Bit of construction work going on. Otherwise spacious great room (just unfortunate that there is a small step into the bathroom which is a toe catcher, and shower glass doesn’t cover enough whereby the floor outside gets very wet).
