Confortável, limpo e localização excelente!

A esradia foi ótima e confortável, localização excelente. O restaurante do hotel é excelente e o welcome drink um mimo gostoso na chegada! Minha única queixa é a comunicação prévia ao check in... mandei mensagem para o hotel perguntando sobre transfer (que eles inclusive dizem oferecer no site deles) e outras dúvidas e eles nunca me responderam. Acho uma falha que passa uma impressão ruim antes da chegada.

Excelente opção em San Pedro de Atacama

A estadia foi excelente como um todo! No que tange ao staff, super solicito e carismático! Destaque para Sevla na recepção, Julio e Alejandra da recepção e Vilma do restaurante. Uma super vantagem é a excelente localização na esquina da Caracoles, principal rua de SPA. Além disso, a máquina de água disponível no restaurante gratuitamente. O quarto é muito confortável, possui frigobar, cama e travesseiros ótimos, assim como o chuveiro e armário. Tem aquecedor que não foi usado e ventilador que foi muito necessário. O café da manhã é bom e possui o essencial, bem como frutas frescas. Em dias de passeio cedo, o hotel providencia um kit café da manhã para levar, isso mostra preocupação e cuidado com os hospedes. O quarto peca um pouco na sua luminosidade, apesar de ter abajur também, é um pouco escuro. O box do banheiro poderia ter uma porta de correr, isso evitaria molhar o banheiro com facilidade como ocorre. Além disso, um pendurador na parte de trás do banheiro seria muito útil também. Mas apenas detalhe como sugestão. Ficamos muitíssimo satisfeitos l! Parabéns ao staff e hotel pela hospitalidade de alto nível.

A perfect stay.

A perfect stay from a complimentary early check in to a comfortable room and especially comfortable bed. Secure private parking. Excellent housekeeping and all staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels like an oasis in the town, with seating areas outside each room as well as others dotted around the hotel. Lovely relaxing pool area and terrace. Good choice at breakfast.

We rented a car and drove from Calama airport to SPDA. The hotel has a private, gated parking area, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed having the free buffet breakfast and the restaurant on site. It's a bit pricey but the food is excellent. If you are leaving early for sightseeing, the hotel will prepare you a bag breakfast to take with you! The hot tub was excellent after a long day of sightseeing/hiking. We also got massages at the spa - the spa, however, is around the corner and not on the actual hotel property. It's just a one-minute walk away. The rooms are bungalows with outdoor entrances so you will not hear the other guests at all. We had a skylight in our room. The property itself has many trees and birds and is quite lovely. The staff was SO helpful and kind, especially in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Realmente ótimo! Localização sem igual. Café da manhã bem gostoso, e, quando saímos muito cedo (para passeios e vôo), eles preparam um pic-nic para levarmos. A única coisa que senti falta foi de TV no quarto, e um sinal de wi-fi melhor. Muchas Gracias Kimal!

Very pleasant place and had local building style which we liked . Everything worked there and we also had a good free breakfast at their restaurant . Good location for visiting the town -and they had a lovely spot to sit and wait for our many tours . Recommend !

Experiência incrível, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. A única questão é que essa época é mais quente e o quarto não tinha ar condicionado, o que tornou a estadia um pouco complicada na hora de dormir, o quarto também muito escuro, mas entendo a situação uma vez que a cidade de São Pedro do Atacama a energia seja uma coisa escassa em toda a região.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Selten so eine saubere und freundliche Unterkunft gesehen. Das WIFI könnte stärker sein aber insgesamt war es super. Auch das Restaurant in der Anlage war super lecker. Auch super Frühstück mit hummus und Obst.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the was the worst hotel we ever stayed due to the bad attitude of the owner. 1. Attitude of the owner on -the bathroom toilet issues: Issue: We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day from Punta Arenas and they assign us room 8. the toilet bowl does not work. they mentioned they will send somebody. 30 minutes later nothing. the guy arrives after repeated follow ups and then says he cannot fix it since there is a power outage and no water. I got to the reception to change the room, Response: -the staff says he can give another room but i have to move back to this room the next day and then transfers the phone to the owner. She is so rude and says she cannot do anything since the hotel is sold out..as if she was doing us a favor for letting us stay there and we have to understand the problem. - On top of that their generator was not working. She told me that we can go and find another hotel since it is not her problem since there is a power outage and they cannot fix the toilet till it comes. Nor can she give us another room for 2 nights. We stayed back and the alternative room offered was even more gloomier. 2 Rooms: the ventilation is very poor with one window and no AC. It made me sick all the time we were in the room. Had to keep the doors and window open if we needed to breathe. There is something wrong with the air quality inside the rooms. 3. Service: awful I would highly recommend to stay away from this property.
