Staff can be reached very easily on phone even in the after hours. All the staff are helpful.

Great stay. Staff extremely helpful, contactable, considerate and hospitable. We got to the accomodation late in the evening and they had the heater already keeping the room warm. Accom manager/staff very friendly and easy to deal with.

A very clean property, warm and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. He had even warmed the room ahead of my arrival!

We booked late and phoned to check our late arrival. As the line was poor the motel staff called again later to make sure all was clear. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and they had out the heating on.

We arrived to check in at 2.20pm to a very run down looking reception that was locked . It had a sign on the door to ring if unattended . I rang only to be told our room hadn’t been cleaned and it would take another 20 mins . After a 4 hour drive we weren’t happy about that but decided to go to the supermarket to get something for dinner while we waited .The manager gave us directions and a local map to the nearest Woolworths .When we returned the keys for our room were under the mat . The room itself was actually a pleasant suprise after looking at the reception building ,it was clean and spacious and we were only staying overnight anyway .
