Front desk ladies were very nice but you can tell the hotel has a lot of wear and tear. Stains on the carpet in our room. It needs an upgrade.

Very good breakfast, the attendant kept everything fresh and clean. The carpet in the hallway is coming loose but otherwise I'd stay here again. People were talking about cars getting broken into. I didn't have this happen to me but in full transparency this is an issue in this area. I went to Steak n Shake and a bunch of kids were hanging out smoking blunts and vapes and were chased away by an employee. By a bunch I mean 20. Just an FYI.

Breakfast was wonderful, but my daughter and her boyfriend were laughing while walking through the lobby. Within 5 minutes of entering my room security was knocking on the door asking us to quiet down. This was ridiculous since they were not loud in the room at all

The stay was fantasic! Our room was large, bedding was clean and comfortable. The woman checking us in and out genuinely made sure we had everything we needed. i believe her name was Fathie, please forgive me if the spelling is wrong, but she had such a wonderful personality

The room was very clean. A perfect location if you have lacrosse at Resolute. Good dining options nearby. The breakfast staff was attentive and the food was above average for a hotel breakfast. It was a good value and I'll stay here again.

No one to check us in… had to wait ! Our heater was not working in room properly hotttt in room turned down to 64 still running hot air out and heater was loud like air plane taking off … think heat was broken ! Did not sleep well at all due to heater
