The place is older, the outside of the property could use a new paint job, smells a little in certain areas from not cleaning the outside walking areas properly to your room door, so that was not a good first impression. Walking into the room, I liked that the floors aren’t rugs, it looked clean, the furniture could be updated, better mattress. The bathroom was nice, the top of toilet was clean, however the outside toilet area on the bottom area was not cleaned properly, nor were the shower walls, as I seen hair on the walls which annoyed me. All that being said, the property is close to boardwalk, beach entrance, food and stores, so the spot is perfect!!! The price is affordable for what you get and it is one of the cheaper properties. This is a motel with a small pool. Bring Lysol wipes, Lysol spray, and do a quick cleaning and you’ll feel allot better… If driving bring comforters to throw over the bed after you Lysol. We only stayed 2 nights and for the price it was good…

Don’t believe the good reviews! Scam alert!

DO NOT ever book a room here. When we got our FIRST room there was MOLD on the lamps, mold on the mattress, stains on the sheets/mattress cover, mold under the beds, hairs in the showers, almost no towels, mold on washcloths and pillows/pillow cases, and scratches on the walls. I asked for a refund, but was offered another room. This room was slightly better with no mold, but the beds were creaky (the bed frame is made of flimsy metal). We booked for one night for the nice low price of THREE-HUNDRED DOLLARS. If you want to book here for the location, ok fine. But the same quality of the location DOES NOT apply to your quality of stay.

Great Stay!

I was surprised! We thought we booked at the regular booking Oceans 27, however these 2 Hotels have the same name, one is on Atlantic and is Oceanfront, thats Ocean 27, which stayed at previously. This is Oceans 2700 and is across the street and 1 block in on Pacific, so we couldn't check in our normal place. We drove around the block to This Oceans 2700, had no problem checking in with our prior reservation. It is SO MUCH NICER than Ocean 27. Make sure you pay attention to details and don't let your phone auto pick because You will be so much more pleased at Oceans 2700!!! Great room, aestetic space!

Very good location to beach and boardwalk. Room was comfortable though bathroom needed some repair. Shower curtain rod broken and no bath soap in dispenser in shower.
