The rooms are okay, but they turned off the air condition in the rooms far too early. The rooms were too warm when you have to get dressed for a business meeting with a suit. But how do you tell this Europeans. They will never understand. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room smaller than expected, but it was fine. We liked the service at the reception, they were all polite and answer our questions. Luca was particularly helpful and polite and offered dining suggestions, patiently explaining where to go park in Treviso and walk around the pretty town or where to park the car to take the train to Venice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Ronald was AMAZING!! The hotel we booked wasn’t there when we went to check in. It was pouring outside and the middle of the night by the time we got there. I was traveling with my adult son and they didn’t have two beds in the only room they had left. It was about 1am and we had been trying to find a hotel for three hours. I almost started crying… Ronald took the room with the double bed and personally went and deconstructed it to make two twins. He was so kind and went above and beyond so we would have a dry, clean place to sleep. We ended up staying there the whole trip and honestly I think the hotel not being there to let us into our room was a god sent. Hotels on the island NEVER look like their photos and they are mostly run down this hotel is actually really nice and really clean. I was so grateful to Ronald and the hotel. This is an absolutely YOU SHOULD BOOK!

Camera pulita ma con alcune mancanze basilari come un mobile o una sedia ove appoggiare le valigie, pochissimi appendiabiti che non basterebbero per una persona sola, asciugamani calcolati per una sola persona in una camera prenotata per due e prodotti da doccia completamente esauriti. Niente di irrisolvibile, ma segno di una attenzione al cliente non all'altezza delle 4 stelle. In ogni caso ci torneremo se saremo ancora in zona per la posizione comoda e la ricca colazione. Le piccolezze segnalate saranno sicuramente risolte.
