It's a basic inexpensive no-tell motel. It's a no contact check in. The room was clean and large with a jacuzzi. However the king bed was noisy, had an unfitted bottom sheet but no top sheet, no blanket, just a bed cover. The LCD TV had a TV remote, a Roku remote, and a Fire TV remote with no instructions and the expectation that you sign into your own personal account.

We get into the room there were no towels. The sheets were stained with footsteps. We went to bed and all of us were itchy. We pulled the sheets and discovered the sheets were dirty. Tv was on but broken and no way if turning off.

Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Garbage piled up outside and all over the parking lot. Bed sheets had marks and stains on them. Floors were gross. TV was jacked up and oldish, stuck on 1 volume setting (loud) cause remote didnt work. Get what you pay for i guess. Never again.

Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July. We never received any compensation or even an apology from the staff of the motel. Also the room was dirty and gross. The people in the room next to us had to have a room change upon arrival due to the state of the room. Do yourself a favor, and do not book. Save the headache and ur trip by give your money to any other motel.

The room was what you would expect for a beach motel. It wasn't excellent but it certainly wasn't horrible. Everything is within walking distance. The beach, boardwalk, shops, water park, restaurants, and convenience stores are all about 5 minutes away. The room could have been a little cleaner but by no means was it disgusting. I asked for a broom and a staff member brought it right to me. It has a small kitchenette with stove/oven and fridge. Only thing I wished was that there was a microwave. There were only 3 towels in the room for 3 people for 5 days (I did bring my own as well) but again I asked for more and was brought 3 more. Also, you must bring your own pots and pans and utensils. There is a small kitchen table with 3 chairs. We had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. However, the pull out sofa was stuck halfway closed and none of us would have been able to sleep on it anyway as the "mattress" was nothing but springs and coils. It is under new ownership so I'm hoping the tiny little things I mentioned will improve. All in all this was definitely worth the money for the convenience because once you are there you really don't need to drive anywhere unless it's to the grocery store or you opt to go somewhere else. I would say 5 stars for convenience, 4 for staff, 3 for cleanliness and another 5 for pricing.
