The staff were extremely helpful and professional, the room was very clean but tired one of the best nights sleep we have had in a hotel/BB, bed was so comfortable, shower and toilet was clean but very compact wash hand basin was in the bedroom not ideal but satisfactory, if we were in the area again I would stay again

Very charming and comfortable. There is parking but limited. Otjerwise public paid parking almost next door. Right opposite path to the castle and in the middle of all the shops. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the restaurant was, roo. Only minus was no heat in room or on towelrack, but it was onæy mid-September, so probably turned iff centrally.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening, and the food was very good. The room itself was a bit tight, but cosy. It had a kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and water and milk in the fridge. However, we had to turn the fridge off at night because it made a noise which made sleeping difficult. The bed was a standard double, but a bit soft. A few cobwebs in the bathroom and there was a smell of stagnant water coming from the shower trap. I can only assume the shower hasn’t been used for a few days, because after a day it disappeared. The bathroom tap unit wasn’t secure and turned when the taps were turned off. I did report this, but were asked if we could live with it for the duration of my 2 night stay.

What a lovely inn. We had a 9 month old baby and we felt incredibly well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever in Tintagel. If you're visiting the castle the path leading to it is right outside to the right and is etremely convenient. Thank you so much.
