Cave hotel with great views. Cave was hot and humid with barely any ventilation. Sheets were filthy and room not well maintained. The staff was very helpful, attentive and available. Arranged airport taxi and transport when needed. Provided contacts and packages for local tours. Splurge a bit more to have a better hotel experience in Cappadocia.

With a great location, but apart from the crowd. I found this unique hotel a jewel in Capadocia. Staff Is always going the extra mile to serve you. My beautiful room with a lovely jacuzzi and living room in a cave was something out of this world and sparkling clean. I strongly recommend to rent a car in Capadocia.

Ok but not great

Neat setting amid spectacular scenery and cave rooms are a unique experience. However, rooms were somewhat tired and staff were average at best. I think there are better choices for the same dollar level but Ina pinch this hotel will suffice.

great views but...

The hotel has a beautiful location with amazing views! But it is hard to find and the location on the hotels.com site is incorrect (I submitted a request). It gets very hot in the summer and my room did not have air conditioning. Because of this, I needed to keep my windows open but there was a loud party outside. I did not sleep well. The room is ok in terms of comfort and on the small side (the standard room). The breakfast is amazing and you can eat outside while overlooking the beautiful scenery.

Overnight stay

Was quite far from SAW airport. Taxi driver took ages to find its location. Room was meant to have double/queen size bed but it was twin room. When I spoke to reception they said all rooms are like that- I still don't believe any hotel would have all the rooms with only twin beds. Anyway, someone came and joined the beds but obviously it was a hassle Good points- Room size was big, really nice breakfast Not so good points- other than what I mentioned above- noisy location, no tea whitener air conditioning wasn't working so we had to open the windows which made it more noisy

Not the best

This hotel needs to try harder to make it anywhere near acceptable standards for servicing in tourism industry. The ugly igloo style plastic cubicles and instagram(!) kitsch giant photo frame ruin the view and doesn’t go at all with the nature. My room didn’t have any plug sockets accessible. Had to ask for extension lead. The bathroom smelled of sewerage, the shower head was worn off, there was no light switch beside the bed nor night stand light. The mosquito nets were all torn. There was a construction right beside the hotel ; luckily I didn’t stay in the facilities too long not to be bothered. The staff was helpful though. No blame to them.

The hotel is a little gem! Ansolutely fabulous!

The hotel is really wonderful and has a beautiful view of the castle. At night it is especially lovely. The rooms are very clean and well apointed with lovely furnishings and wonderful bedding. The shower is new and fantastic. So much so that my 11 year old son wanted to take a shower and test out all the features! An 11 year old boy wanting to take a shower!! We came from a 5 star hotel in Istanbul and the room was every bit as lovely. I am a very picky customer and have luckily stayed in many lovely hotels. At this hotel each room is individually decorated and the owner really takes pride in the hotel. The lighting is very good especially bright despite being a "cave" hotel. Often times a hotel's lighting is not bright enough for me. The hotel staff was very accomodating and there is an absolutely wonderful breakfast in the morning. You sit outside enjoying the view whiel tehy serve you authentic Turkish Cuisine. Everything from the fresh sqeezed juices of all types, cherry, melon etc are fabulous. I will recommend many people to go here. Also the location in great. I struggled over what hotel to reserve and could not have been more delighted!

Bad Experience with Anatelein Boutique Cave Hot

it was not good experience . if i will visit next time to Cappadosia Turkey , i will never stay in that Villa type hotel. this is not hotel look like Villa House . first of all location is very bad, Very inside , Poor service , There is no staff to serve you better , Hardly i found only 2 person in the morning and 1 person in the night. No one know English. if you need anything you have to act like stupid person. in Break fast you will not find any other dish except Eggs. Zero entertainment in this Villa type of hotel. totally waste of money Villa type hotel. there is no management, one lady (owner) is running this villa type hotel , even you will not find her. she is not cooperative as well. Bad experience with them. I feel i wasted my money with them.

Eine sehr einzigartige Lage direkt neben der Burg von Uçhisar. Die Panorama Aussicht auf die Burg ist einmalig. Der Weg zu den Ballons ist auch sehr kurz mit dem Auto. Leider riecht das Badezimmer ein wenig, wofür die Unterkunft selbst, glaube ich, nicht viel Schuld trägt. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in Kappadokien.

Konumu mükemmel. Sadece biraz dik bir yokuşu çıkmanız gerekiyor. Personel özverili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı iyi. Oda biraz kokuyor, belki bir otomatik oda spreyi konulabilir. Oturup bir şeyler içebileceğiniz, Uçhisar kalesi manzaralı bir kafe/barı var. Tavsiye ederim.

When entering the room for the first time, the room had the WOW factor. It's a very beautiful room. The view is stunning. A five minute drive down the road and you will see all the balloons taking off above the fairy chimneys, that is if youget up earlyenough. Most of the staff are friendly but bring Google translate along, you'll need it. It's a total of five minutes walking time and you're exploring the first cave. If you're moderately fit you can climb up to the "castle " exploring lots of caves along the way. The down side of this property is that the maintenance is a little lacking. I think if it continues, it will loose it's good rating within two years. There is no aircon to the rooms and although it's smoke free, outside your room isn't. If the room wasn't so beautiful, I would have rated it a lot lower. Overall, I would stay here again in the near future.

The property is too far from everything else, so you’d have to take cab even to get to main market. The responsiveness and the services could have been better. The place is clean with a good view outside. Overall a positive experience.

Smell so bad. Many mosquitoes. Nobody in the property, just wait for my check in and gone. No any service for taxi/ balloon reservation/ informations nothing at all. They cannot communicate in english at all. I stay there just an hour and i have to carry my luggage to walk out for taxi because I cant find any staff there. I have to book another hotel for that night. Worst ever hotel!!! I made the non-refundable rate so paid full amount for struggling an hour in the property without any service.

Le note positive dell'hotel riguardano la posizione che è splendida e la tipologia delle camere che sia come arredamento che come struttura. La gestione dell'hotel è di tipo familiare con i suoi pro ed i suoi contro. La tipologia di colazione fornita è quella turca con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Unici nei da segnalare riguardano il poco spazio della camera ed il fatto che la cena anche se a prezzi veramente ottimi è a menù fisso ( nessuno ci aveva avvertito della cosa quando l' abbiamo prenotata). Ultima nota : se avete problemi con i cani non è l'hotel che fa per voi. Per noi è stato un plus trovare 4 cuccioli che si aggiravano per il giardino ma capisco che non a tutti la cosa possa piacere.

PROS: - Clean rooms and very spacious - Friendly owner - Quiet area - Was able to book tours and balloon rides through the owner of the property - Delicious breakfast with home made cheeses and honey from the hive on the property CONS: - The owner smokes in the enclosed dining/breakfast/reception area so it is very unpleasant if you don't like cigarette smoke - The property owner doesn't speak English very well. He does speak French, so if you are able to speak French that is the best way to communicate. - The wifi was spotty in my room. It wouldn't work in the bedroom, but worked in the sitting area. If you are looking to book a hot air balloon ride, I would do so at least a month in advance of arriving. You can do it directly through a ballooning company. It is easier that way and would be much less expensive. I ended up having to pay a very high price because I booked last minute.

Konumu çok güzel ve temiz

Rezervasyonda yazmama ve sonra oteli aramama rağmen bana penceresiz oda verdiler yerin altında . Ben burada asla kalmam deyince değiştirdiler. Kahvaltıda yumurta vermeyi unuttular. Ama sonra misafirlerime ve bize kahve ısmarladılar. Handan hanım da, İzzet bey de yardımcı oldular. Oda çok temizdi ama televizyon yoktu.
