I would never go back. There was blood on the curtains, very steep steps to the second floor, no place to hang clothing, air conditioning which had only an Antarctic level or off and no other working choices. The room telephone did not work so I had to descend the steep stairs to talk to the very helpful front desk staff. The carpets should have been replaced many years ago. There is one positive comment - the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

The room was clean and adequate for one night. Overall Id give it three stars. The bed was comfortable, it was not expensive or flashy. But it got the job done and I really like that it was clean!!

I love how clean the room is... it's well-organized, too. There's a parking spot—which is fantastic, especially in Chicago—and the staff is available at all times. The air conditioning works very well.

So the fact I have to be buzzed into the lobby makes me feel unsafe with the area it's located in. Then the staff was very unfriendly. No one seemed to smile. I killed a cockroach on the 1st night. No body wash and a tiny bottle for shampoo. King size bed and only 2 pillows and they were the thinnest ever.

This place is right next to a road and lots of road noises at night. The AC/heater makes loud noise that you can’t sleep. For a motel room, the room is pretty clean. But the location is just terrible. I would not stay here as I can’t even get a decent sleep here.
