Our room was still dirty from previous occupant. Beds, dishes, trash, bathrooms, dirty dishes in cupboards. After getting instructions on where cleaning supplies, sheets etc were we cleaned our room ourselves. The air conditioning worked great and it was pet friendly. The pool was nice and the views were beautiful. Beds are very firm. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks or paddle boards but that is a nice bonus.
