Overall great stay!

Four Winds is a very nice facility - however a couple things have slipped since our visit one year ago. The carpet was visibly dirty in our hallway, room, and parts of the lobby. The 3rd floor hallway smelled of smoke and the carpet in our room was damp. There was no pool server and the poolside menu has changed a lot. We missed the delicious appetizers that were on the menu last year. We kept the room temp set at 60 and it was still not very cool and it felt damp. We were told we would have a room on the 9th floor but then there was a problem and we got put on the 3rd floor. However, the manager (May) was very helpful and offered us a comp to make up for the room issue. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would return. But don't stop keeping up on all the little details that make the place great - clean carpets and clean smelling areas go a long way in impressing customers!

Great Place!- Why no pool service on a nice day!?

Everything was so clean and it was one of the best showers Ive ever had. My one and only complaint was that it was 85 degrees when we went and the pool wasn't open. All of the pool staff was bartending inside in the bar area (and even had there pool shirts on) but instead of them working the pool on a beautiful day , they staffed a dark indoor bar. Disappointing misuse of the pool for sure. Its summer and the weekend! Otherwise it was a great stay.

Quick girls trip to nearby beach

We found the stay at the Four Winds to be very pleasant. The staff has been friendly and the property is beautiful. It was quiet, didn’t smell like smoke, and our room was clean(except for some trash under the bureau that was left by some previous guests)

The room was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was our confusion about where the hotel entrance was. We arrived after dark and couldn't tell where to go. We asked staff at the casino and they were unsure about where we could park to unload. After struggling with our things from the parking lot, we were told we could have pulled up close and someone would have gotten our things for us. Frustrating!!

Great staff, excellent dining, but early construct

Pros: • Seamless check-in with friendly front desk staff • Kristina - with a “K” (bellhop) was incredibly helpful and energetic throughout our stay • Outstanding dining at The Copper Rock—excellent service and food • Travis (bellhop at checkout) also made a great impression with his professionalism Cons: • Woke up at 6:20 AM due to construction noise directly above our room • Initial response from front desk was unclear, but hotel manager Ernie resolved the issue professionally I’d still recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities—just double check if there’s any renovation work scheduled during your stay.
