Parking lots is filled with long term parking vehicles all supplied with tire boots. Definitely doesn’t make for a pleasant site outdoors. The motel Itself is in complete disrepair. I’ve stayed at some run down places around the world, but this makes sub Saharan Africa look good. The exterior is falling apart, most exterior doors don’t lock, wallpaper in the halls is mouldy and falling of the walls, evidence of water leaks throughout the building with buckets in place to collect water. Room condition was clean, but bathroom sink and shower need replacing (both are cracked and repaired with caulking). I’m surprised the city of Montreal let’s this facility operate.

Unhealthy & unsanitary

Water leak in our bathroom, whole floor was soaking wet and there was mould on the ceiling. When brought to the attention of front desk, they didn’t even offer to change our room. We checked out right away ASAP.

The property is old and they are trying their best to maintain it but at some point you can't force it too much! They are cleaning very well but there is a weird smell maybe because of the old flooring (carpet). They are clean but the property is very old. Unfortunatley not your best option. I would rather I pay 25$ more and stay at a better hotel!

Hotel from Hell.

This was was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The ceilings were leaking in the hallways with huge bins of filthy black water, the draperies were shredded into rags, the window frames were rotten, the coffee maker and the hairdryer didn’t work. I won’t be back. I kept expecting a guy to fling open the door and yell “Heeeeere’s Johnny!”

Wasn’t the greatest, there were bugs on the bathroom floor and the lamps didn’t work, was too tired to figure out the mess of cords behind the side table. For an airport hotel I was pretty confused as to why there was no airport shuttle. Wouldn’t stay here again

Accueil complètement médiocre, aucun service, le préposé ne dit même pas bonjour à l’arrivée, la machine à glace qui ne fonctionne pas, téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas, impossible de rejoindre la réception, personnel qui parle difficilement le français, coulisse jaunâtre sur les murs de la salle de bain, le déjeuner est compris... mais le restaurant est fermé, le personnel ne sait pas pourquoi... en dernier recours seulement, cher payé pour ce que c’est en réalité

There was no airport shuttle to the hotel. The first room we were given smelled terrible and there was a cockroach or beetle on the floor. We requested a new room and were given a new room but were told it was the last room available. Once we moved rooms, the second room smelled, there were cobwebs between the bedspread and nightstand. One bed seemed as though it had been used as the sheets were wrinkled and there were hairs on the pillow. The bathroom light did not work and the air conditioner did not work. We would have switched hotels but it was non refundable, booked late because our flight was cancelled and the other hotel close by was also full.
