Great place!

This property is a gem

Honestly loved this property, gave off mid century modern vibes. Spacious, clean, nicely appointed. It even had covered parking. I would definitely stay here again next visit.

It was okay. Accommodations adequate. For a quick overnight stay it was ok.

We were able to visit the Grove of the Titans from the Lodge. We love the beautiful Redwood in the rooms and the story of building it in 1957. And the food at Good Harvest Cafe is delicious!! We could not see the TV from bed but the microwave and refrigerator were handy.

Cute 60's decor in room. Friendly staff and room accommodation for our group of 6 was great.
Nalani, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It’s literally off the 101 so if you’re going anywhere it’s on that stretch. Literally walking distance from restaurants, it’s across from the Harbor so you can hear the seals, I’m from Palm Springs so it was awesome to see no ac just open the windows and let that sea air in. The owner was wonderful and she was very knowledgeable, it is an older hotel, but there’s a microwave , a fridge and a coffee maker and the bathroom looks vintage. I’m so glad I decided to stay here and I will definitely be back.

Gem of a place

The motel was very nice and updated with a retro design to help preserve the heritage of the establishment and pay homage to the surrounding area.

Robert, 3-night trip

It had a old 70s style and was nice

6/10 Good

a nice one night stay. It's an older motel that is being updated on a budget. We stayed in an updated room. Although clean the updates are very disjointed and rooms are awkward. Although not ideal, I would stay here again. Front desk staff was very friendly

Nice, but...

Unique but worn. Office was not open in the moring durimg office hours.
Arthur, 1-night trip

Very nostalgic and staff is very accommodating
Sharon, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Older motel that was clean. No air conditioner but was on the second floor and opened the window. If you are sensitive to road noise there is a fan in the room that creates a distraction. Our drapes didn’t fully close and was glad I had my sleeping mask as the parking lot lights was bright. Reported it to staff when we checked out. The price was reasonable and was good for a one night stay. Breakfast was good at the restaurant across the street.
Anita, 1-night trip

Was very quaint and cozy. I enjoyed the history of the property as well.
William, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I loved the charm and uniqueness of this property. It had a lot of cool history!
Anastasia, 2-night trip

Not going back.

Although it was a family trip, I do not recommend it if you have a large truck, as parking may be challenging. The furniture is extremely old, including the door knobs. Additionally, the heather was not functioning, and the room was cold throughout the night.
Mayeli, 2-night trip

The manager and his family were the nicest people I have ever met.
