Our room was very very clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking was amazing right at the hotel. Always empty spaces. When they cleaned the room they put a towel elephant and swan. My grandson loved it. We had oceanfront. Best hotel ever and I've been going to OC for 61 years. Thank you Park Place and Ingrid for the best room.

it was better than average, i am not sure why this hotel is rated as high as it is, but it was a bit of a disappointment relative to the reviews. I find that there are few outstanding hotels in OC, without breaking the bank of course. it was clean enough, a bit old, particularly the bathroom. Would i stay there again? i would probably want to try someplace else. I did like that we were on the boardwalk so that is a plus
