Discrepancy btw Hotels.com’s ad and actual hotel’s

There were several things that didn’t match what was advertised on Hotels.com. For example, there were no blackout curtains, so I was forced to wake up at 5:30 AM due to the sunlight. I went to the front desk to see if they could change my room, but they told me that all rooms have the same type of curtains. They suggested I try sleeping in the second bedroom, since it doesn’t have any windows. However, I still couldn’t sleep well because the door to that room doesn’t close properly.

직원 친절했고. 객실상태는 아주 좋았는데 화장실 딸린 룸 이불커버가 교체되어 있지 않은것 같았어요. 세탁 불량.이물질 하단부분에 굳어있었어요 사우나 좋았어요.에어컨은 리모컨이 없어서 온도를 낮추었는데도 더웠어요.

오래되긴했지만시설은깨끗해요. 특히워터파크는추천입니다. 물도따뜻하고실내온도도따뜻해요. 겨울철워터파크다녀봤는데이렇게실내온도까지따뜻한곳은많이없더라구요. 가족여행으로딱좋습니다.
