I have been stayed at this hotel several times. All are good, except this time they overcharged me 1 person’s breakfast for the respective 2 days. I would not be known if I did not ask for the hardcopy receipt at the checkout. They did not want to remove the fees after checking their paper records instead they want to double check with their cafe and make the revised afterward. On the same day, they removed only one, the other one would take some time to process. Almost a week past, no further notice that have been received which makes me very unhappy about it.

The front desk hang up on me
I visited my son over the Easter and spent 2 nights there. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if I wanted the room being cleaned between my stay. I said yes. Next day, when I came back and noticed the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and it happened to be the same girl answered the phone. She insisted that I asked not to clean the room. I told her that she must misunderstood me and all I needed now was some clean towels. However, she said I was yelling at her and hang up on me. This was the worst service I have ever had in any hotels.

Comfortable stay
Stayed here one night this week. Room was very clean. Front desk staff were lovely. Used the digital key for checkin and access. All very easy peasy.
