My stay was part of a 2-week business/family trip, so this review mixed some recognitions (wins), opportunities for improvement and needs immediate improvement.
Recognition-Wins:
•Staff were friendly at all times and allowed me to check in early.
•Always checked in on us to ensure that we had everything we needed and was willing to accommodate when/if asked.
Opportunities for improvement:
•On 6/1, My wife asked the day shift front desk clerk for the complimentary bottles of water that Hilton provides its Rewards Members and she was told that “they don’t do that at this location” and charged the bottle of water to the room, I spoke with the evening shift front desk clerk regarding this and he stated that that information was incorrect so he removed the fee from my room charge.
•Corrective action recommended: Retrain the entire staff on the Hilton rewards policy.
Needs immediate improvement:
•Site breakfast was horrible each time we ate at the hotel!!
Recommendation-Rotate your entrees periodically as most of your breakfast sandwiches were extremely hard and had to be split up or separated to eat them.
•Automatic Blinds were inoperable twice, we contacted the front desk to resolve the issue but the maintenance personnel could not fix the issue until the next day.
Recommendation-Implement routine maintenance, and check the functionality of your automated blinds in all the rooms and replaced the batteries as needed.
I will be sending this to Hilton Corporate office as well.

Place was in need of updates. Room was dated. Bathroom hooks hanging off walls. Our room was spacious. Room wasn't ready in time of check in but staff did their best to try to get housekeeping to expedite but we didn't get room into closer to 5pm. Place was ok but I won't stay here again.
Lots of places to eat in the area.

I thought I had reserved a one bedroom - instead I got a room with a curtain to divide the room. The first room we got smelled like smoke then the next room we got was downstairs, but bathroom door did not close properly.
The downstairs room was clean, and the couch wasn't too bad to sleep on; however, I had to go to sleep when my son went to bed at 9 because there was only a curtain to divide the bedroom from the sofa. In short there was not much privacy, and which was the reason I had reserved the one bedroom

I did not get the burner and pot until the 2nd nite. I asked at 1245pm and the desk person said that rooms are getting cleaned and i will get one. Came back late, no burner as promised. Even worse, microwave was not operational. Had to eat fast food. I dont like fast food. What a crappy experience!! Stay somewhere else.
