Clean room. Balcony outside our room with table and chairs. The breakfast was amazing. They brought it to our room. We enjoyed it out on the balcony. Fresh coffee and juice was served too. It was a great stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again.

The hostess was very informative, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had such a classic feel to it. The jacuzzi was amazing, as well the wake up call for morning breakfast! Would definitely come back next time we visit wonderful eureka springs!

The service by Amber was excellent, she took us on a tour of the property and the history of the property. She also gave us advice on places to eat and things to see in Eureka Springs. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. We will be back.

Lovely facility and owner is wonderful, especially when it comes to making you a lovely breakfast. It’s a beautiful place on the side of a mountain, so be prepared for a number of steps. Keep your eye out for the white squirrel!

Worth the stay for the warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Our room was small but comfortable. There was outdoor seating to enjoy the views. Access to wine glasses and corkscrew for wine. This location is away from downtown but only a 2 minutes drive away
