Great Experience (All Inclusive)

Really lovely room and a good variety of pools, good range of food at the main buffet restaurant. Would not bother with the A La Carte though: whilst the starters were nice and unique, the meat main course was just leftovers from the buffet thrown together on a skewer (including chewy meat and half a burger patty...). Luckily there are loads of really nice bars and restaurants within 5mins walk away.

Cretan adventure

Totally unsuitable for people like myself with mobility problems. A fascinating mixture of different apartment type "rooms". Most of ground floor rooms had a terrace that opened out onto public areas so not very private. Not much english food. Not many english visitors.Chips worst I have ever had. Staff very friendly efficient. Not many shops and bars within walking distance but there are bus stops close by. Visitors quite scattered so it was very quiet. Except if you were near the bar that had 2nd rate"entertainment every night" starting with kids adults til 11

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Nous étions dans la partie récente de l'hôtel, chambre spacieuse et vraiment propre. Seul point négatif la clim mal repartie, une partie à froid l'autre chaud. Le restaurant de la plage est vraiment top le restaurant principal est varié et avec du choix. Les piscines sont superbes et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Petit bémol sur les transats qui sont toujours réservés d'un soir sur l'autre, c'est la chasse. Le personnel est hyper agréable et fait tout pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Un effort à faire sur l'utilisation du plastique. Un bel établissement pour des vacances en famille.

Not 5 stars

This hotel is more like a motel or a 2-3 star hotel not 5 star. Everything is old, smells and dirty. Reception is old rooms are old, sewage overflowing when showering. All plates and spoons are stained with food and cups are chipped cracked and stained. The booking included transport to and from airport and Wi-Fi. But we had to pay extra for this. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, AC in rooms doesn’t work. Staff is tired grumpy and rude. All inclusive meals were so terrible we had to eat out everyday all meals cause we couldn’t eat the disgusting food they served in the dirty plates and dirty tables. The shower was broken , tiles had orange mold and sheets and towels were old had holes and stains on them. Everything was terrible and we hated every minute of this hotel stay. Only good this was animation team that went above and beyond to entertain guests. Playground and pools were a joke and the 5 stars is a lie. The beach was terrible and the area and building was a disaster. Nothing of what 5 star hotel should offer was available. No room service, no cleanliness and no service. Not even coffe in the rooms. Stay away from this hotel and the hotel should not be rated 5 stars. Not even 4!!!
