The room was really nicely decorated and practical. We did notice the heating wasn't working but after messaging the team they responded really fast and when they realised they couldn't fix it that evening, offered us a different room (with a sea view!) which was absolutely no hassle to us and we were impressed by the efficiency and thoughtfulness of the staff. Would definitely come back or recommend to a friend :)

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and everything in good working order. Also pet friendly which was a bonus. Only issue for us was the parking. Doesn’t seem to be enough spots for the number of units. We went out for dinner and couldn’t get a spot when we returned and had to park on the narrow road.

Very new fantastic appointments. A little difficult to find the building, some improved signage would be advantageous.
