I received a very warm welcome upon arrival and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, brilliant shower, comfortable bed, wifi worked very well. Some of the dinner options were not available which was disappointing but the staff were very flexible about providing my meal. Breakfast was good, with the option to "grab and go" by building a breakfast bap to takeaway. Will definitely stay again.

Great room friendly staff easy check in Service for evening food was really slow (1hr wait) apparently short staffed but could have been told this when booked however manager was brilliant and gave us free drinks and apologised without any issue. Only other thing would say there are not enough lifts for number of rooms and only allowed 6 people per Lift and the cleaners also use same lifts so on two occasions we couldnt get in for about 20mins/ Excellent location Would def recommend tho
